CIA Detainees Sent to DMV?

If you read  CQ Homeland Security's:  Behind the Lines, (September 12, 2006), and left your humor at home, you might have believed that President Bush was actually sending CIA detainees to the New York State DMV to "wait on long lines and fill out form after form for hours on end" as part of a plan to make the "evildoers talk."

But a closer look reveals it's simply the creative work of humorist Any Borowitz in the Borowitz Report, (September 7, 2006).

What's not funny, however, is the potential for a customer's wait time in line to increase as a result of the DMV attempting to comply with the federally mandated Real ID Act by May 2008.

How funny is that?
