And so this is Christmas

Sadly, it's rare that members of the press have anything good to say about state motor vehicle agencies.  Of course, when they do, I'll be sure to be the first in line to congratulate them.

And for all you newsies out there, if you are interested, I know a good place to find a story of goodwill and kindness displayed by a state motor vehicle agency.  It's at the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV).

For the seventh time, the RMV has teamed up with the Salvation Army to collect toys for needy children at Christmas.  And you can drop off your unwrapped, non-violent toy at any of the Registry's 35 branch locations throughout the Commonwealth.

Yes, there is a Santa Claus.  And his initials are RMV.

Until next time stay safe behind the wheel.
